By enrolling in the RH Vitality Club© through shop.recoveryhealth.co, vip.recoveryhealth.co, or any website operated under the recoveryhealth.co domain (collectively, the “Websites”), you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully.

Membership Overview

The RH Vitality Club© is a subscription-based membership program that provides exclusive benefits and savings to eligible members. Membership is available only to individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older who have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

Membership Benefits & How to Redeem

To redeem RH Vitality Club© benefits, members must log into their active account and shop through the private members-only store located at https://vip.recoveryhealth.co. Benefits are not available on the public store unless otherwise stated.

Active members may receive the following benefits:

  • Up to 85% Off Everything: Members receive exclusive pricing of up to eighty five percent off eligible Recovery Health products available in the VIP store.

  • Free eBooks: All digital eBooks made available in the VIP store are provided at no cost to active members.

  • Monthly Giveaways: Members may be eligible for monthly giveaways, promotions, or special offers. Giveaway availability, rules, and prizes are determined at the sole discretion of Recovery Health.

  • 30-Day Happiness Guarantee: New members may cancel their membership within thirty (30) days of their first paid charge and receive a full refund of the membership fee only.

All benefits are non-transferable, may not be resold, and are available only while the membership remains active and in good standing.

Free Trial & Billing

New members may be eligible for a fourteen (14) day free trial starting on the enrollment date. Only one free trial is permitted per customer.

After the free trial period ends, unless canceled, your membership will automatically convert to a paid subscription billed at $29.99 per month, or the then-current applicable rate.

Billing Authorization

By enrolling, you authorize Recovery Health to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until cancellation. Prices are subject to change, and notice of any price change will be sent to the email address associated with your account prior to the change taking effect.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your RH Vitality Club© membership at any time by:

  • Logging into your account on the Websites, or

  • Contacting customer support at support@recoveryhealth.co

Cancellations must be completed before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

Refund Policy

  • Membership fees are non-refundable after the initial 30-day Happiness Guarantee period.

  • No refunds, credits, or prorated billing will be issued for partial months, unused time, or unredeemed benefits.

  • The Happiness Guarantee applies only to the membership subscription fee and does not apply to product purchases, shipping fees, or other charges.

  • Product purchases are governed by the applicable product return policy stated elsewhere in these Terms.

Member Responsibilities

Members agree to provide accurate account and payment information, maintain the confidentiality of login credentials, and use the Membership solely for personal, non-commercial use.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recovery Health is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Membership. All Recovery Health products, including supplements, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against Recovery Health.

Modifications

Recovery Health reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Websites with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Membership constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
