Refund Processing Policy
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected or after the refund request has been approved.
Refunds are generally issued back to the customer’s original payment method used during checkout. Depending on the customer’s financial institution or payment provider, additional processing time may apply before the funds appear in the account.
If a refund cannot be issued to the original payment method for any reason, Recovery Health may offer store credit or an alternative refund method where permitted.
