At Recovery Health, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with your purchase. If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, we are here to help.
Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to health and safety regulations, opened supplements or consumable wellness products cannot be returned.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
• A damaged product
• A defective product
• An incorrect item being sent
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is:

• Incorrect
We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned. These include, but are not limited to:
• Perishable goods (such as food or ingestible supplements once opened)
• Personalized or custom products
• Personal care products once opened
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement product.
Exchanges are primarily issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

RH Vitality Club Membership — Billing and Cancellation Policy
The RH Vitality Club Membership is an optional subscription program that provides members with exclusive benefits such as discounted pricing, special promotions, and member-only offers.
By enrolling in the RH Vitality Club, you agree to the following terms:
• Membership is billed $29.99 per month
• Billing occurs automatically every 30 days using the payment method on file
• Membership remains active until cancelled
Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting our support team at support@recoveryhealth.co or by calling (307) 439-6541.
Cancelling your membership will stop future billing, but does not automatically generate a refund for previous charges.
Membership fees that have already been billed are generally non-refundable, unless required by law or otherwise approved by our support team.
