Cancellation Policy

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

To request a cancellation, customers must contact our support team as soon as possible at support@recoveryhealth.co with their order number and cancellation request details.

While we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, Recovery Health cannot guarantee cancellations once order processing has begun. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund Processing Policy.
